What is the normal process of obtaining a website from AW Templates?

1. You find a design/template you want.
   
2. Before purchasing a design, please ask any questions you might have about the design/template options and limitations. Contact Us
   
3. Make a deposit on your specific design.
   
4. Within 24 hours you will receive an email containing the location where your design has been reserved along with any other prevalent information pertaining to your specific design/template.
   
5. You compile all pictures, text, and content to fill you design/template.
   
6. Once all information is compiled, you submit it to us through email, postal mail, or FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
   
7. We develop a rough draft for your viewing normally within 48 hours or 2 business days of receipt of your compiled information.
   
8. Rough draft is then reviewed by you and either approved or sent back for modifications.
   
9. Once rough draft is approved, the final payment becomes due.
   
10. Once final payment is received, website is uploaded and presented live at a predefined web host (we do provide hosting).

Can a deposit or payment be made in a method other than PayPal?

• Cash or check payments are always accepted by delivery to our postal address. Unfortunately at this time, credit and debit cards are only accepted through PayPal.
  If you are sending a deposit through postal mail, please contact us first for a deposit invoice and payment stub to submit with payment.

What about changes and/or updates to my website in the future?

• If changes, updates, or modifications to your website are required to be performed on your site after completion, we charge a rate of $25 per half hour. This rate normally covers all minor updates and changes to your website unless a total overhaul is required.

Are my images downloadable?

• Websites created in Flash protect all images from being downloaded. Websites created in HTML have limited protection which you can choose to obtain once you place a deposit.

Will I receive a purchase receipt for tax and or accounting purposes?

• PayPal will send you a receipt for all your payments. Furthermore, you will receive an invoice detailing the total price of the website and deposit made upon completion of your website.

Does AW Templates provide web hosting?

• Our parent company Andrew Wirth Consulting provides hosting for all of our designs/templates at a rate of $10 per month. If you would like hosting please request it when you compile all of your information and content.

How do I know if the domain name I want is available?

• Visit http://www.godaddy.com/ to check for domain name availability.

To what extent can a design/template be modified?

• A design/template can be changed or modified to a limited extent. These are known as minor modifications. Examples of minor modifications are changes of color, font changes, and anything that doesn't conflict with the basic structure of the Flash design/template. Major modifications are available but billed at an hourly rate please inquire about major modifications before purchasing a design/template. Photoshop or Full Site designs are often capable of major modifications without additional charge.
